His second act actually began Sunday – the Constitution specifies the President be sworn in on Jan. 20 – but the government slid the public ceremony to Monday to avoid competing with the NFL (just joking…it marked the seventh time in U.S. history that the oath-taking took place privately because Jan. 20 was a Sunday).
