Marion Setzer was taken to a hospital by helicopter with burns on her face and chest.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is offering  $8,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and a conviction. A motive hasn’t yet been determined, but officials said the package bomb was likely an isolated incident.
