President Obama said Thursday that he is eager for the "ultimate repeal" of the Authorization for the Use of Military Force approved by Congress in the wake of the 9/11 terror attacks. "I will not sign laws." he told an audience at the National Defense University in Washington, "designed to expand this mandate further."
