Not sure what Saddam's kin thinks of T-6 airplanes buzzing the old homestead, but we like to think they appreciate its nickname -- Texan -- just as much as former president (and ex-Texas governor) George W. Republicans Fear Clinton in 2016

Republican leaders plotted their party’s political comeback on Thursday with plans to court minority voters and modernize their political operations. But some wondered if one person could make it all for naught: Hillary Clinton.

The Defense Intelligence Agency did a study that was finished last month. Now, while the contents of the study are classified, the conclusions and certain statements are not classified. And quoting from the unclassified portion, which I believe has not yet been made public, they say, quote, `DIA assesses with moderate confidence the North currently has nuclear weapons capable of delivery by ballistic missiles. However, the reliability will be low.'
