That’s what the Iraqi government agreed to pay Monday for each of its second batch of F-16 fighters. That’s $2.3 billion for 18 planes. The good news is that the price is a bargain compared to its first batch, where it agreed to pay $165 million each. The real good news is that the second order could keep the F-16 line in Fort Worth – and its 2,000 workers – busy for the next several years.
