After George Zimmerman’s last painting sold on eBay for more than $100,000, the neighborhood watchman turned artist is giving the public another chance to buy an original piece.
But while his previous painting focused on an American flag, the new work is a portrait. Its subject: Special Prosecutor Angela Corey, who charged Zimmerman with second-degree murder.
Zimmerman’s brother, Robert, unveiled the artist’s latest statement on Twitter Wednesday along with promises for sales information to follow:
She is shown pinching her fingers with the quote “I have this much respect for the American judicial system – Angie C.”
The painting is based on a photograph of Corey taken at a press conference.
This was Zimmerman’s first work, which sold for $100,099.99.
