The man accused of planting dry ice bombs at Los Angeles International Airport will face two charges of possession of a destructive device in a public place.
Prosecutors said the suspect, 28-year old Dicarlo Bennett, who works for an airport service company, will be arraigned Thursday, the Associated Press reports.
Nobody was injured in the two dry-ice blasts, which police said Wednesday were meant as a prank. If convicted, Bennett could spend up to six years in prison. He has yet to comment.
