The FBI has nabbed a former TSA security screener who made threats that led to the evacuation of two terminals at LAX Tuesday.
The terminals were evacuated following two phone calls from a man authorities believe to be 29-year old Nna Alpha Onuoha, the AP reports. No bombs were found.
Investigators found a note in Onuoha’s apartment that contained unspecified threats and referenced the anniversary of the September 11 attacks. After resigning from TSA, authorities say, Onuoha wrote to another employee expressing anti-American sentiments and referencing the reason for his suspension from the screening job he had held since 2006.
