Former NFL star Aaron Hernandez was involved in a fight with another inmate in jail, a Massachusetts Sheriff confirmed.
Neither Hernandez, who is being held in the Bristol County House of Corrections until his murder trial, nor the other inmate were seriously injured in the fight, the Associated Press reports. The former New England Patriots tight end has pleaded not guilty in the murder of Odin Lloyd, who was dating the sister of Hernandez’s fiancee.
The next hearing in Hernandez’s murder trial is set for June 16.
