Los Angeles police arrested a teenager Thursday for allegedly stealing part of the wreckage from the Porsche that Fast and Furious star Paul Walker was driving when he died last weekend. Authorities said another suspect was planning to turn himself in.

Jameson Witty, 18, was being held on $20,000 bail after allegedly grabbing a red T-top roof panel from the car while the tow truck hauling the wreckage away was stopped at a stoplight, the Associated Press reports. Witty was arrested at home in L.A., and the second suspect, a 25-year-old man whose name has not been released, was outside California and arranging his surrender.

Prosecutors have not yet determined what charges to bring and the AP was unable to contact Witty or anyone representing him for comment.
