During a Twitter Q&A to promote her new album, “Britney Jean,” singer Britney Spears told a fan her favorite book to read is “anything by Max Lucado,” according to The Christian Post.
Luchado is currently a minister preaching at Oak Hills Church in San Antonio, Texas. Originally the megachurch’s senior preacher, he stepped down in 2007 citing health problems.
Luchado has written 100 books including “Cast of Characters: Common People in the Hands of an Uncommon God“ and “You’ll Get Through This,” which is meant to help readers through personal suffering. He has said that human suffering is the most difficult to write about because it can cause people to doubt their faith.
