The troubled federal health care exchange website suffered another “outage” Tuesday night after the data hub running the site went down, officials said.

Healthcare.gov was still inoperative as of 8 a.m. on Wednesday morning, and users were not able to submit applications or search for insurance plans, CNN reports.

Federal officials have requested that Verizon update some of the technological infrastructure behind the site, and a Verizon spokesman said that maintenance will help eliminate outages.

Jeff Zientz, the Obama administration official newly charged with getting the site to run more smoothly, said last week that the site will be fixed by the end of November.
