Seven current and former University of Connecticut students say school officials displayed an unwillingness to investigate sexual assaults they had reported. The women filed a formal civil rights complaint against UConn on Monday, represented by high-profile women’s rights attorney Gloria Allred. Four women stepped forward to share their accounts of when they said administrators and law enforcement officials disrespected or ignored them after they reported that they had been victims of sexual assault.
