Authorities are questioning a ‘person of interest’ possibly linked to a shooting in Chicago that wounded 13 people Thursday night.

Police Supt. Garry McCarthy said at a Friday news conference that “several people” were being questioned in connection to gunfire that opened at a park on the south side. He said the shooting was gang related and the target remains unclear.
