Five people were sent to the hospital after a United Airlines flight made a turbulent landing in Montana on Monday.

One woman said she hit the ceiling so hard that her head cracked the panel above her, while another woman was heard crying out for her baby, KQTV reports. Three crew members and two passengers were taken to the hospital when the plane landed in Billings, and all but one flight attendant have since been released.

The flight was heading from Denver to Billings when it hit unexpected turbulence just as it was about to land. United spokeswoman Christen David said, “our primary focus is assisting our employees and passengers who were injured,” and that a safety team was investigating the incident.
