The real heroes were the paramedic team. The two cops who applied pressure to his wounds are to be commended. The photographer did us all a service. And now Tsarnaev gets to face some 'justis'.

I will never understand why this was necessary. He took 16 shots, 16 shots. Can you believe that? Then they said that he shot in himself. My ass. How can an unarmed boy shot in himself? Why was this necessary if he was unarmed? Where's is the "boat confession" that they claimed that he wrote? Even if he wrote. A confession would be: "I put a backpack with a bomb on the ground" OR "Me and my brother are those responsible for the bombing of the Boston Marathon"  Who gave the order to shoot if he was unarmed?  These contradictions... when we'll have the truth?! Here we can clearly see that he was cooperating. The only thing I can see in these pictures is a young man, scared and trying to avoid death. They got the wrong guy.

From the very beginning this case seemed amiss to me. The official story never made sense and as a result, has been in constant flux since Dzhokhar's apprehension. And before you "Boston Strong" diehards descend on me to mount your attack, remember this...your beloved city was the first EVER to be placed on lockdown and to have martial law ensue, all to track down a 19-year old, unarmed kid! If that doesn't bother you in the least, I fear for you. In fact, I fear for us all! And those who cheer about the violations to this kid's civil liberties and right to due process...when you deny Dzhokhar his fundamental rights as a citizen of this country, you place your own in jeopardy. This the United States if America, aren't we better than this?! Disgraceful.

I don't understand how Murphy says " this was the real face of terror". THIS?! This bullet riddled unarmed teenager? They threw flash bangs and they shot at the boat 100s of times while they knew it had a tank full of fuel while it was still daylight yet he was apprehended until nighttime? Makes you wonder if they actually wanted him to survive.

Also, the doctor stated the gunshot wound came in through the left inside of his mouth and exited through the right. When did this happen? He doesn't seem to have a skull based fracture here.

These pictures show clearly that Tsarnaev was following instructions and attempting to surrender. They also prove that he had not yet sustained the high powered rifle injury through the cheek at this point. In my book, Sean Murphy is a hero.

These pictures shockingly reveal that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's throat was slashed after he was captured and helpless on the ground.  what was the real purpose here - to kill him, to exact revenge.  Our questions are not being answered.

This is very disturbing and disappointing actually. Regardless of what this young man may/ may not of done: I see a clear case of police brutality here. How did he sustain that neck wound? Very worrying and no excuse.

ok, where is his neck wound? He has a huge incision from behind his ear to collarbone in a pic taken after surgery. There is no evidence of it in these new pics.  I'm not a conspiracy terrorist, but i think we need to ask questions!
