Never quite able to settle down quietly, 68-year old anti-virus software entrepreneur John McAfee has been evicted from his Portland home and accused of stalking.

Property manager Connor Hyde, who filed the complaint, says that McAfee threatened him via email, has access to guns and has affiliations with armed members of a motorcycle club, the Associated Press (AP) reported on Monday.

In a phone interview with AP, McAfee said that Hyde had turned his living situation in Portland into a nightmare after allowing people to party in vacant condos. McAfee added that he had only threatened to sue Hyde.
