Two men have been charged in connection with a shooting in a suburb of Houston, Texas, Saturday that left two teenagers dead and 19 others injured.

Willie Young, 21, and Randy Stewart, 18, were arrested Monday morning. Young is charged with deadly conduct, Stewart with aggravated assault. Queric Richardson, 17, and a 16-year-old girl whose name has not been released were killed in the shooting, the Associated Press reports.

Authorities said the shooting started when someone started firing a pistol in the air in celebration. In the confusion, someone else began firing into the crowd.
