The co-founder of the popular Pinkberry frozen yogurt chain was found guilty Friday of beating a homeless man in Los Angeles.

Young Lee, who helped found the company in 2005 but is no longer involved, was accused of beating Daniel Bolding in June 2011 with a tire iron.

He allegedly became upset when Bolding flashed a tattoo depicting a lewd scene to him and his fiancée and drove away only to return with another man and beat Bolding.

Lee was remanded without bail and faces sentencing Jan. 14.
