The father and stepmother of a 10-year-old Georgia girl, whose body was discovered badly burned in a trash can, have been charged with murder.
Eman Moss and Tiffany Moss have been charged with felony murder, cruelty to children in the first degree, and concealing a body.
The father phoned authorities early Saturday morning and said his daughter, Emani, died after drinking a chemical, and said he was suicidal. After officers arrived on the scene at the apartment complex, the victim’s father directed them to a trash can where her body was discovered.
Eman and Tiffany both had prior charges related to child cruelty.
