Survivors of the Boston Marathon bombing were honored at Fenway Park on Thursday night during the seventh inning stretch of game 2 of the World Series.

Survivors — some standing on prosthetic limbs — stood on the field with Boston-born singer James Taylor, who led the crowd singing “America the Beautiful,” one of the traditional songs sung during the break near the end of the game.

Three people were killed and more than 260 wounded in the bombing on April 15 near the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Throughout the season, a giant “Boston Strong” has been cut into the grass at Fenway Park.
