Tamerlan Tsarnaev

Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the Boston Marathon bombing suspect who was killed in a shootout with police in April, was named as a participant in a 2011 triple homicide, according to new court filings this week.

Federal prosecutors building the case against Tsarnaev’s younger brother Dzhokhar filed documents on Monday that detail Tamerlan’s role in the triple murder in September 2011, where three men were found in an apartment in Waltham, Mass. with their necks slit and their bodies covered with marijuana. According to the filing, Ibragim Todashev told investigators that Tamerlan participated in the killings. Todashev was shot and killed by the FBI in May when authorities said he turned violent during questioning in his Orlando home.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the surviving bombing suspect, faces 30 federal charges, including using a weapon of mass destruction, and could face the death penalty.

Wow, isn't it interesting that the feds just happened to shoot and kill the guy who gave them this information, and it ties everything so neatly together.  All suspects apparently dead?  Tsarnaev was involved, yeah, yeah, that's the ticket.  Maybe neither of them was involved, including the guy they killed.  And why are the feds filing this "information" in the case against the brother who was NOT involved in that slaying, again?  This has a bad smell.  Really bad smell.

The unfortunate reality is that executing someone from a violent group of this kind is just as likely to trigger retaliation as it is to show them we mean business. That being said, it is understandable that people don't want to pay for taking care of him for the rest of his life and we all know that incarceration rarely means rehabilitation.

"Dzhokhar Tsarnaev COULD face the death penalty"???  If our courts don't fry this terrorist, we're in bad shape. We need to milk this guy for every piece of information we can and then slowly torture the MF to death.

@PepePinguita2 Yes, he COULD face the death penalty. We have this pesky little thing called a legal process in the United States. We don't just string people up from trees and flag poles. As for torturing him... what is wrong with you?
