Police arrested a baggage handler Tuesday in connection with two recent dry ice explosions at Los Angeles International Airport.

Dicarlo Bennett, 28, an employee for the ground handling company Servisair, is accused of using dry ice from a plane to make a “bomb” that exploded in an employee bathroom on Sunday night, causing flight delays, and another device found on a tarmac, the Associated Press reports. No one was hurt in either incident.

Police said they don’t believe the explosions were an act of terror because people were not targeted. Bennett is being held on $1 million bail and has yet to comment.
