A logging truck hit a passenger train in Charleston, West Virginia Friday afternoon killing one and injuring 23 people, an emergency official told the Associated Press. At least three of those injured were critically hurt and two of the train cars containing passengers tipped over.

Passengers on the train were taking a fall foliage tour through the eastern part of West Virginia at the time of the collision along U.S. Route 250
