An 89-year-old man will plead guilty to drug trafficking on Tuesday after being busted on a Michigan highway with more than 200 pounds of cocaine.

When Leo Sharp was stopped by police, he said, “just kill me and let me leave this planet,” the Associated Press reports. The government claims Sharp moved more than 1,400 pounds of cocaine into Michigan between 2009 and 2011.

Had he lost at trial he would have faced 10 years in prison.
