Body of Long Island Shooting Suspect Found in River

The body of a man suspected of opening fire in a suburban New York office building was found floating in the Hudson River Monday morning following a massive manhunt, police have confirmed.

The body of Sang Ho Kim, 63, was discovered near a bridge about 10 miles south of Cold Spring, N.Y., the Associated Press reports. Kim was suspected of opening fire on Wednesday at the Garden City office of energy efficiency firm Savenergy, where he used to work, after a falling out with his former boss. A 25-year-old employee was killed and the company’s CEO critically injured in the attack.

The manhunt for Kim finvolved dogs, helicopters and boats, and extended from Long Island to the northern reaches of the New York City suburbs, after his car was found in Cold Spring following the shooting.
