The man who claimed to have driven the fastest lap around Manhattan in history was arrested Thursday by New York City police. Christopher Tang, 30, uploaded a video earlier this week under the name “Afroduck” bragging that he had completed his joyride around Manhattan in 24 minutes. The Flash Gordon wannabe recorded his 26.5-mile spree around the island with a dashboard camera.
