The same day that the SEAL who claims to have killed Osama bin Laden is griping about being short-changed by the U.S. government at the end of his 16-year Navy career, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta signs a memo titled “Extending Benefits to Same-Sex Domestic Partners of Military Members.”
Not sure which is more discombobulating…or which Battleland would have foreseen as more likely a decade ago.
