— Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, in Shanksville, Penn., on Monday, at the site where United Airlines Flight 93 crashed after passengers decided to overpower the four 9/11 hijackers aboard and keep them from flying the Boeing 757 into the White House or Capitol. Forty-four people, including the hijackers, died in the crash.
